Urba is a member of the village council that works closely with the chief.
She's Vola's sister, obsessed with village history and things about the world outside the village, where no villager has never returned from unpunished by the lords (Lur).
Urba is the leader of The Mediators from the South district of the village. They do their best to prevent the four districts from fighting and to bring everyone together to endure their suffering not as enemies but as family. Their efforts barely work, but without their presence the village could be a warzone.
